Does anyone know what happened to the user Dans79? He was an active contributor here and in mid April he stopped posting suddenly. I checked his profile and his last date log in only has a dash. Just was curious if anyone knew where he went? I thought he had a lot of good things to say.
Watching F1 since 1986.

All are fed up with this forum, the users and the mods, and the open trolling allowed now. So u would find its not just him there are multiple people not here anymore.

More like Hamilton isn't winning anymore and some of his 'fans' have disappeared. Dans79, Just_a_fan, NathanOlder et al.

Just wait till Mercedes and Hamilton get back to winning form, people will return.

Or maybe they stopped watching F1 due to AD2021.

If this is directed towards me (apologies if not), I meant it for them. I don't have a problem with this forum.

Not directed at you - apologies if you thought that was the case.

It mmay actually highlight an example of how a slightly misread, or miswritten* post can set in train the loss of control of the conversations we have.

Not aimed at you at all lh13.

All I meant to get across - if we are bickering in response, sharp to rebuke and failing to accomodate other people's opinions then of course the quality of discourse is going to be lower and a spiral of crap will be the outcome.

Be patient, don't be a primadonna and have a care with your words - don't escalate what might be an ill placed word, or poorly chosen phrase. It might be that the language used is not the first language of the poster.

Be excellent to each other
