I had no idea how much I missed these nimble little speed demons until I saw this photo...
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

Ferrari won against RB powertrains

2-3 weeks ago the reports were that Ferrari accepted RBPT as new manufacturer since no other team was against it. This is now a completely different report...
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

IMO 2004-08 was peak F1 in terms of engine, aero and overall looks. And also 2017.

I believe this one
There is no way Ferrari would agree to the 2023 rules and give an advantage to RB powertrains

I dont know. FIA must have been happy with them in order for them to sign a contract between RBPT and the FIA.

So they supposedly did object RBPT where same arguments are applicable to Audi whom they do not object, knowing Sauber uses a Ferrari power train (for years to come) and Audi was unbeatable when racing in endurance? Truly a Ferrari worthy strategy. Imagine RBPT would learn something from RBR using Honda engines. Impossible Audi can learn anything through Sauber running Ferrari engines under Andreas Seidl. I would be more worried about Audi gaining ANY advantage than RBPT (however unlikely) gaining a lot. But hey I don’t pay the bills. I keep my Ferrari flag nice and clean stored away waiting for better days to come even further in the future than I had hoped for.

Now I really hope the 30 bhp denied rumors are true after all and we can watch enfold a pole position record at least.

Not at all. Sauber has no powertrain development dept, while RBPT is not only well acquainted with Honda powertrain (ICE, electronics, batteries, etc), they've poached lots of top-tier personel from others - mostly Mercedes. Its not even close to being same...

Both RB and Audi are new PU manufacturers who hired a bunch of F1 people. Who do you think is filling these job listings that Audi posted: https://www.motorsportjobs.com/us/jobs? ... a_level_1=

F1 people. Is Audi not allowed to hire F1 people either l'est there new manufacturer status be revoked?

Neither had a PU facility until the last year. Both were partnered with a manufacturer but had little oversight of the PU. Ferrari PU was minded in Maranello. The Honda PU was minded in Sakura.
