So they supposedly did object RBPT where same arguments are applicable to Audi whom they do not object, knowing Sauber uses a Ferrari power train (for years to come) and Audi was unbeatable when racing in endurance?
Not at all. Sauber has no powertrain development dept,
Both RB and Audi are new PU manufacturers who hired a bunch of F1 people. Who do you think is filling these job listings that Audi posted: https://www.motorsportjobs.com/us/jobs? ... a_level_1=

F1 people. Is Audi not allowed to hire F1 people either l'est there new manufacturer status be revoked?

Neither had a PU facility until the last year. Both were partnered with a manufacturer but had little oversight of the PU. Ferrari PU was minded in Maranello. The Honda PU was minded in Sakura.
Did audi run an engine during for 2022-2025 ?

I think I would like to continue the discussion somewhere, but I think it will be a bit off topic to continue it here.

Just call me Fred!
'Say Fred'
According to the Gazzetta, Vasseur fits this new role like a glove. New working at the iconic marque, the Frenchman has already managed to fully win over the staff. After all, everyone calls him by his first name 'Fred', not 'Mr Vasseur'. Every morning Fred is at Maranello very early, usually before seven. He does not usually leave before 7.30 or 8 in the evening, when it has long gone dark again.

Vasseur does not just fill his days with meetings, he also spends hours learning the Italian language. At least four times a week, a private tutor comes to Maranello to teach the Frenchman the secrets of Italian. He immediately puts that knowledge into practice, as Vasseur often finds himself in the factory, among the mechanics and designers.

The Gazzetta - which can be quite critical of Ferrari at times - praises Vasseur (for now) for his accessibility, his commitment and the human relationships he manages to maintain. He talks to everyone, often with a quip in his words. In short, with Vasseur at the helm, calm has returned to Ferrari. For now, that is.

His biggest heist was to pull Schumacher from Benetton, when MS had won 2 titles on the bounce and Ferrari wasn't the toast of the town. It then led to Schumacher pulling Ross and Rorry from Benetton and the rest is history.

Fred has Charles who can deliver, but needs a Ross (Tech Director and Strategist) to see anything remotely similar in terms of results.

CEO Benedetto Vigna: "The Ferrari SF-23 will be a single-seater that will be unprecedented in terms of speed."

Personal opinion, but I'm not a big fan of the livery and the 'afterthoughts' of black being inserted around... last years livery looked much nicer.

Oh well, if its 1st by seasons end, it could be green with pink polkadots for what it matters...

Just imagine if anything happened on the live feed... like Charles lost control or the engine went up in smoke...

Has to be said, Charles wasn't exactly hanging around when he drove it out too...

Big words, lots of confidence it seems. Might backfire very soon, we'll see...
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

I wonder if his face will be redder than the car should come races end in Bahrain, Red Bull take a dominant 1,2...

Really, these words are dangerous more than anything else... all it does is raises the expectations of the fans higher and piles more pressure on the team... which after 2022, hardly needed more emphasis.
