Champ conveniently slams into Russell, draws out SC and gets the win. Fair play

Well done Charles, they stole your win today. You will get it back next time
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

It’s never the SC when we want one, always when we don’t… I think Charles had this otherwise. Such a shame, great race and weekend from Charles which deserved a win.

What a driver, by far the best on the grid. Charles, you made your fan this season even when you leave Ferrari.
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

It's not a win for Charles but it's an amazing performance, like Sainz in Singapore.
Amazing display, and the move he pulled were stunning

4 points from Merc in WCC. Charles with amazing tyre management and racecraft. Best driver in the GP

Sainz was not nearly as effective as I imagined, considering where Ocon started.

You are right, I was expecting him to finish ahead of Russell in this pack (so P4). Would've probably overtake Merc in the WCC in doing so

I'll be honest when the SC was called i didn't know what was the right call, track position over Perez or fresh tires... But the team has to know better.
Yeah timing of the SC sucked, but this was still winnable with the right call.

It was still 20 laps to the end and they had a new set of hards. The right call was to pit and change. It's unlucky because Ferrari was on a very nice one stopper with tire offset.

This was an easy win for what it was looking like, Russell is Russell though.

Ferrari tire deg has really made a huge jump from early in the year. Finished 20+ seconds behind in Baku.

I'm unsure how it would have unfolded without the SC, or how much of a difference those newer tires for Verstappen made in the end, tbh. But it would most likely have been a closer race for the win indeed.

Perez wasn't quite out of it either yet, though, setting competitive laptimes sth like >10s ahead before the SC. Even with another pit stop to come, he was in contention.

Have to say, while Sainz had a decent race and salvaged a decent haul of points, his start was once again abysmal. His tendency to miss the brake points at start/restart this season is a continuation of poor starts from last year. He needs to improve, a lot.

Almost everyone missed the brake points on the first lap so I don't begrudge him for that today. His pace after that was questionable though. Consider where Ocon started. With Leclerc's pace, Sainz should have been 4th.

Team is coming alive with the car and scored decent points and closed the gap with Mercedes..Sajnz is bit unlucky with drain cover issue and lecrec mastered the circuit..Abu dhabi going to be decider and Ferrari has done decently in the past..fingers crossed and excited for the next week..
