Lewis racing on Italy soil for the first time since announcing his departure from Merc to join Ferrari. It will be interesting to see how LH go about his race weekend and the Tifosi reaction.

Putting gravel behind the apex kerb at Acque Minerali is going to do a great job of stopping people straightening the exit too much - previously, the drivers could steal half a metre because it was tarmac behind the kerb. The other two are also good changes because they prevent the drivers taking liberties on the exit kerbs. Whether these changes improve racing is yet to be seen, of course.

NO doubt the media will be asking him questions about it and he'll give smiling answers and try to get on with the weekend as normal. As for the Tifosi, so long as he doesn't finish ahead of the current Ferrari drivers on track, I'm sure they won't care either way. Until he's in red, he's still the enemy.

It will be awkward weekend for both Ferrari drivers and Hamilton.

For Sainz, this may be farewell to the Tifosi home crowd at Imola
For Charles, he will need to be quicker and score more points than Sainz
For Hamilton, he may try to speak a few words in Italian

As for Tifosi, I am not even sure how they will react.
Will they cheer for Sainz as Ferrari race winner, while cheering for Lewis to replace Sainz?
