Aston Martin AMR24

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

Lets wait how big the changes are at each component.

In Suzuka they did not list the sidepods (update was obvious). Maybe its the same again.
But as per AMUS with reference to Alonso they have not solved the biggest weakness which is tyre
AMUS…all the upgrades they brought are to increase the load which helps reduce the tyre wear. I guess there is a specific problem which causes the tyre wear but the upgrades are still there to reduce the tyre wear they just want a headline

That's an old rear wing I think, perhaps for better data comparison with the sensor arrays

Two rings were added it seems? Not sure if anything else changed above, certainly below the floor

The section of the floor below Aramco sign looks raised now? Or is it a light trick?

This picture of the front wing shows the V-Shape is on the two top flaps.

I see what you mean. That means it's only holding on by the 2 rings. That there is a gap behind that for air coming from the front to pass through there.

Further inward from the 2 rings , it no longer looks smooth. It looks bumpy.

She looks so good. Shame they’ve had no correlation 2 years in a row
