No one has to pit again. This will be a procession to the end barring anything crazy.

which rule are you referring to? The one I know says

"In all cases the order will be taken at the last point at which it was possible to determine the position of all cars. All such cars will then be permitted to resume the sprint session or the race"

When Grosjean went up in flames, they used mini sectors to determine the order. In other cases they used the normal sectors. Today none at all.
Laps need to be completed before red flag to establish an order. Otherwise back to grid order, minus cars that can't continue
Actually they used minisectors as we can se Stroll restarted ahead of Ricciardo.
interesting, didn't notice this. They must have used the 2nd mini sector to establish the new order then, as it was the last one Zhou has completed

Monaco is not a race. It's musical chairs.
Strategy for the medium runners is hard to decide. They will effectively have to go to the end on the mediums.
Pitting at lap 50 for new mediums I would try.

Have to say the camera angles this year are mint, and 4K definitely makes a difference.

I knew it would be a boring race but taking the pit stops away makes it even worse. George is going so slow that the cars ahead will get a free pit stop so not the smartest move there if he wants to move forward.

Yeah, it’s usually bad round here, but this one’s a particularly bad one

Russell's engineer playing 4D chess. Creat a gap to tempt the leaders to pit into, thereby forcing them to run to the end on the softer tyre and then somehow imbalance their race.

Charles could not have asked for an easier race in just 78 laps on the hardest tyre going at whatever pace he wants with no chance of being overtaken because its Monaco.
