It's not just an example. There are plenty of examples. I don't see why Piastri should get something more than a fine when Leclerc and Stroll used their cars as weapons against other drivers. Piastri and Hamilton got a penalty for impeding drivers even though it was impossible to avoid in both situations yet Sainz got nothing for impeding Lando in Montreal even though he had ways to avoid it. And let's not open Pandora's Box that is Max Verstappen and his behavior which he would have been banned for some races in a previous decade.

I want rules to be enforced equally Scott and I want punishment for the action, not the result.

I'm comparing situations with even worse situations. I agree on one thing though. The one responsible of watching traffic was sleeping royally.

Watching landos on board....it's looks so calm and smooth, no fighting it at all.

Didn't realise Sainz has a new ICE for Monza. That's going to be a boost.

Looks like Ferrari were indeed pushing more in FP3, as I posted.

Things are looking good I must say. The car seems to have hidden speed in FP3 which shows it on Qualifying. Hamilton though will be a tough opponent to beat.

Norris probably won't do another lap. Does Piastri have enough soft tyres to do time now and two new sets for Q3?

I don't think Ferrari was pushing, but their car is naturally very good on its tires this year. I got "tricked" a bit because they had impeccable consistency and speed on used tires and I just assumed there would be more margin for improvement for them.

As for now, it seems I overestimated their advantage, but let's wait for Q3.

Very close but lando has nailed it so far, just 1 timed lap in q1 and 1 timed lap in q2.
He will go very close to pole but I'm hoping he can achieve that whilst having a few cars between him and max.

Oscar seems a touch behind but the boys got speed.

We'll see at the end, but I'd be surprised if the speeds on the end of the straights isn't much closer, I feel pretty confident we were pushing a bit less.

I also was a little confused like you, I thought the used tyres would have lost them more time and so I feared Ferrari a little.

I don't want to count my chickens before my eggs hatch, but Ferrari look to have Sainz in a higher position due to his ICE.
