Krack
‘We are working on bringing in parts, they are parts that have already been developed and we hope to bring them in when they are ready, as soon as possible. Austin? As soon as we can. If it's finished sooner, we'll try to bring them to Singapore.’

Hopefully Singapore, at least for 1 driver, even if it's STR, so they have enough data for the following races and have additional time for corrections because of the big break.

Austin is a sprint weekend (remember last year...), Mexico city has the high altitude, Sao Paulo is a sprint weekend again.

I see that in the last 10 laps despite being on older Hards Alonso was the 3rd fastest driver on track.

Just goes to show you how many drivers were just bringing it home. While Albon was doing everything possible to catch Alonso.

Alonso upped the pace when Albon got past Colapinto, so he must have saved his tires for the finish specifically.

If Albon had not dropped (just) behind Hülkenberg, I guess it would have been difficult to defend the spot, though. The Williams looked like the better car that day.

Well Piastri, Lecerc and Perez were all pushing for the win. Alonso must of gently brought the temp up in his Hards, I thought Albons car was faster plus he came out just behind Alonso on a fresh set of Mediums. Dunno how Alonso did that? =D> I guess thats why the elite drivers get the big money.
Can only imagine the season he'd have in the 2024 Mclaren, i'd bet my farm he would be a lot closer to Max, Lando has let Max off the hook a few times down to errors or blunders in races he should of won. Lando does have raw pace, but lacks the killer instinct of a Alonso. No way would Alonso Let Piastri pass him on the outside of turn 1 in Monza, Alonso wouldnt of given him room.

If you look at the times

Albon
43 1:46.947
44 1:47.040
45 1:47.392
46 1:47.586
47 1:47.569
48 1:47.153
49 1:47.350

Alonso
43 1:47.486
44 1:47.465
45 1:47.498
46 1:47.571
47 1:47.354
48 1:47.057
49 1:47.152

On lap 47 Alonso's engineer told him that Albon had been 3 tenths faster than him on previous lap. Clearly Alonso was trying to match his pace. The Engineer rang the alarm, Alonso responded. Pretty sure laps 48 and 49 were flat out, while the laps previous to those 2 had more risk avoidance, and lift and coast in them.
