Race win worth of points lost in the sprint, terrible. Doesn't look good for the race either in the dry or the wet, 3rd place will be the maximum I think this weekend.

In changeable conditions, which they always have been. However, the Maccas were nose to tail, and couldn't pit at the same time. If RB had actually been on the ball they would have pitted Max the same lap as Hamilton, and then passed one of the McLarens. Instead we get... whatever that was.

I was about to add, they were not fast either. 7 seconds to Piastri in about 12 laps. lol.

yeah it's a lost opportunity but bottom line is that they still have a far superior car, and you will see it tomorrow too.

Agree hope its just the bad start of the weekend, and tomorrow will be better. But I expect Max p3. The championship is slowly getting away from Verstappen. But lets see if we can strike back.

All I know is there was an opportunity here to easily undercut one of the McLarens, and instead they threw the entire race in the bin. Pit for softs with a two lap undercut on Lando = P2 today.
