Probably a bit too late to say this, but I don’t like what Oscar did to Kimi lap 1 at all. It’s not a way of racing I personally enjoy seeing even if it’s technically legal.

Those sort of moves are the sole criticsm I have had for Max. Hope Oscar doesn’t turn it into a norm.
I'm not sure i understand the position here. He didn't dive in, he was fully in control in the corner. What is it that you aren't happy with?

I just watched it again and sort of understand, but it was Piastris corner, he was more than enough alongside to get the racing line.

Kimi should have chosen to try a switchback when he saw Piastri alongside. That’s the only thing that could have worked for him. Again a non-controversy.

I suspect that Kimis attempt to aggressively squeeze Oscar might have contributed for his slightly later turn in

I can't see anything Oscar did wrong there. He was ahead and held the same line, while Kimi seemed to be trying to make sure Lando didn't sneak up from behind.

Yeah, I don't really get the complaint. The start here was fine, Kimi tried to slow it down as much as Piastri but he wasn't able to and went very wide to make the corner. He had plenty of space to slow down the car and then alongside Piastri go through the corner (perhaps at that moment Piastri would push him wide judging by Piastris line). Max did this much better last race.

You can't brake late, then release the brake and claim the other car forced you off.

But agreed, I don't like that the car on the inside can force the other car off. Hopefully that changes, I don't care who is on the inside.

It seems that Max will be our opponent today so hoping our drivers get the 100% of the car and give it their all.

Piastri turned in a bit later, which i suspect is the complaint, but Kimi squeezed him so hard I wasn't sure if Oscar just decided to deal with it by owning the line. Kimi was being aggressive, and fairly, but it backfired as Oscar also decided to be very aggressive.

Both drivers making mistakes on the first Q3 lap. Brundle stating again that the car is prone to locking its front axle.

They will have a second chance with a new tyre. They got to make a perfect lap with these kind of small differences.

IIRC Piastri is 2 tenths slower than in Q2. They need to do better.
