The car is literally best of the rest now. Well outside of being considered a front runner. Williams is a front runner! Sainz and Albon have been showing flashes of fast times since the start of the season. Now the williams has been more consistent.

The Mclaren and Redbull are a beauty to behond in qualifying from the onboard. The SF25 is grating to watch. Ferrari need to fix the understeer and balance problems.

Williams will roll down in Race. They are setting up their car for Quali. But the worse thing is Ferrari no where.

Fred doesn’t agree that the car is fundamentally wrong. It’s just he’s always coming with some excuses saying team is not executing perfectly.

There is no fixing this car, rebirth of the SF23 in the final year of the regulation except they can't even go fast in qualifying. I defended the technical team last season for the recovery in Monza but it is clear they have no direction in this reg set. This is a disaster of a car.

And Vasseur is using this as proof that they can't get new softs to work... the communication from him has been awful

What he says is reasonable, but it still falls on the team to understand that they need to do something different to get the tyres in the right window. And even if in the correct window at the start of the lap..it needs to stay there for the rest of it. Fred is likely diverting attention to survive a few more weekends before upgrades.
