How much worse would the rain be for the F1 race than the F1 Academy race?

Because looking at this Academy race, F1 wouldn't race in these conditions either. I can't imagine how much worse it can get...

Difference is Spa doesn't dry. This track dries rapidly, it will just be a question of whether or not we get enough time between showers.
