Lap 15 Norris attack into T1 is pretty much the same as Piastri overtake. Only difference is that Max locked up with Piastri so Piastri had a simple switchback. Defending against Norris he managed to slow down the car.

I have to say that I think Norris did well against Verstappen. Obviously it can be done better but he played it relatively smart. He didn't lunge at every opportunity, he didn't overtake before the DRS line, he was patient.

Great work to both drivers and the team, finally a great victory with overtakes for the lead and to top it off, a dominant 1-2. Let's repeat this for races to come.

"Red Bull good at inventing its own underdog narrative" - Stella
After that season where Red Bull won every race other than Singapore, you guys should really complain less about a "dominant" car.
Mclaren has won 5 out of 6 races. They are still on target to match the RB19 and their drivers are not even driving that well. That speaks volumes about the car.
Yes, it is the best car of all time. I hope that it takes away that throne from RB19. If that makes you sleep better, there you go.

After Max aggressive but legal forcing of Lando off track, I thought Max racing was excellent and fair. But I suspect he knew it was a matter of time soon after.

He was about 10 to 15cm from it being Landos corner, of course he had to try. You can't watch a guy struggle to turn in and not have a go.
Lando could have gone into him, then he had to go for the gap. Not sure what else he could have done.

And then, that's it race over.

Any criticism of Lando for that, is bizarre at best.
As he said in his interview, he would have been criticised if he didn't try, and now he is going to get criticised for trying so it doesn't really matter. In the eyes of a shocking amount of people Lando is never in the right.

I just wish he raced fair all the time, I can't stand his style of racing.

Btw let's remember that after the start they were P3 and P6. What a race.

He would have won this race if he didn't try the move on lap 1. Not sure why would he be (rightfully) criticized about anything in that case. The move wasn't done and he was in a position where he was at Max's mercy. On a corner with flatter kerbs, sure, go ahead and hold it off track, you won't lose positions, but not there, it wasn't going to end good.

It's lucky he didn't spin out to be fair, there were puddles of water off-track near the kerbs at the first couple of laps. Could have been worse.

Agreed. Even when they were alongside he left them enough space to keep their wheels on the track, that's at least how it should be.

This Piastri interview about him owning leads in races... Lando is very stony faced listening to this.
Good, I'm glad he was a bit riled - Lando drove a good race, considering his tyres would probably be in a worse place than Oscar's (through more traffic). Oscar of course could have been pacing himself, though I think reducing the gap over the last 15 or so laps would have given Lando confidence he can take it to Oscar. Long season ahead still ;)

I do wish Lando would figure there's no friends in today's F1. If he ever gets that he'll be so much better. imo.

Oscar Piastri though is evolving into a beast. Not only he dispatched Antonelli on the first chance without losing time but he was on Max's back immediately and attacked him relentlessly. In the end he beat Max in his own game taking his scalp a second time in a row.
