It’s amazing how in most stick and ball sports, officials make calls in real time. Sometimes they get it wrong, but usually are right.

The FIA takes forever and still are sometimes wrong.

This delay is silly. Bearman has a case i think, but it's not the end of the world. He will race tomorrow.

My only explanation is that they flew the red flag but the system (or someone pressing the button) was too late.

My preference is forgiving tracks. I don't care about the drivers being punished. When a driver gets punished we the fans get punished by watching these delays and truncated sessions. Let them race and make mistakes, the only punishment should be time loss, not an accident or destroyed barrier. If this were a knock out competition, yeah let them crash out for poorer driving, but for a race, I don't mind all runners finishing, but being able to let loose and try different lines on the track and take risks.

I don't, I like this situations when drivers are punished for mistake, I just wish they find aolution for better races.
On track where mistakes are forgiven we have more or less results based on car performances.

Ferrari would be well just to make it to Q3 in P5 and P6. The car has good race pace.

Just put Max one lap on medium rubber and one on soft. Test it out..:

C6 tyre is the fastest tyre in one sector only, not one lap.
