Why the hell did they not try mediums. Do they have amnesia and have forgotten that the car is crap on new softs? Aston may not have even been faster just picked better tyres ffs

Do they have enough mediums for the race? Using them up in Q2 and then having nothing for Q3 or the race would be even worse than this.

They probably expected to reach Q3 even on softs. Maybe the idea was to use mediums in Q3, who knows.

I think this year is a blessing for 2026. This Mclaren's 2023. More fervent Ferrari fans than myself should be used to being bridesmaids for years now. 2025 wouldn't be much better if the car was a distance 2nd best.
This year is the fire to burn off the dross. We can see that the car is very limited and has a fatal flaw. So much so the other cars with 24 Chassis are thriving with upgrades and setup changes. Williams and Alpine. This SF25 has hit a brick wall.
What we saw in China on the 44 car in the sprint was what should have been.

He is in survival mode. The drivers will keep their jobs with poor performance. He wont, so he is piling on the dirt on the drivers just to see daylight in 2026. Sleezy tactic, but cannot blame him for doing those tactics.

I'm surprised more teams didn't try the mediums to be honest. That new C6 is not a good tire.

Like some said a year ago on another thread. Serious questions must be asked on the leadership of this team. The team is incapable of making a good car. It is best for Ferrari to bin this car and just focus on 2026 at this rate.

I think Vasseur meant execution = tire prep, not the driving, but he wasn't that clear.

Still, it's insane to claim they could be on the second row if things went well!! At no point did Ferrari look like they would be on the second row this weekend.

BTW, after they showed Vasseur the video of Leclerc's quote, he didn't answer or comment!

It's also ridiculous for Leclerc to be apologizing more than Vasseur, who is responsible for the team as a whole.

If I can find a video of this interview I'll send it, even if you can't understand it, the body language will say everything.

Why is venturi floor so sensitive at height compare to flat floor, why they dont have this problems in flat floor era?

A: Very very hard. I can fight as much as I want, but I can't do miracles at the moment.

I haven't seen him this defeated in a long time. Well since Canada last season I guess. But even then he wasn't saying the car was hopeless like he is now.

Also I can't find an interview of Vasseur's Sky interview yet, I'm sorry. I'll keep looking for a full clip.
