What was Piastri doing going into turn 1? It was like he wasn't in a race.
Very unusual from Oscar, wonder if he was caught a little by surprise thought he was well ahead relaxed a little? Worried about George?
He was soo cautious through that corner for reasons known only to him, he clearly didn't need to be.
But he doesn't look good at all in the race. It's like he can't find the grip.
Edit: Listening to the radio he's clearly working to his Delta and not pushing with Max having clear air as a benefit. But clearly there's not much between these cars in race spec.

Chances of winning looks difficult due to the track characteristics and the top speed deficit. Somehow the tyre ware advantage not looking good at the moment.
Temperature today doesnt seem to favor Mclaren and their tyre system. Max doesnt seem to be overheating more than Piastri. We need a miracle to win today.
We're still in this just about, anything can happen.
Max looking good on these tyres right now but if he pits before lando then traffic could bring us back into play

It’s sad there was no challenge but a crash is more devastating than losing 7 points. It’s unfortunate but maximise points where you can. Norris qualy position is now showing where Maclaren is unable to put the pressure on Max. A 10sec lead just to pass GR is such awful.
