I think Imola being bumpy is what makes it feel like it's moving a lot. If it is, Red Bull are just following suit with other teams. I think this is better for the flexi-wing thread.

'like crazy' ? yes, the whole wing moves up when the load goes off, but by very little.
If you call this 'crazy', you should see videos of the way the Mercedes and Mclaren rear wings actually 'bend down'.
From what I understand, the rear-wing-bending saga never made it to a TD from the FIA, it was only the mini-DRS flap-gap which did. And in Barcelona, as I understand, the TD is only addressing front wing flex.

The rear wings are shaking due to the bump. I think the wings on Merc is worst.

Also raced in Imola with different front wings. I assume due to parts shortage from qualifying crash. Higher angle front flap on Verstappen nose, among other things.
