The beginning of the end like for Dan Fallows? He's been moved as well to the Performance engineering division before he left completely.ralphster7 wrote: ↑06 May 2025, 17:11As a result of this reshuffle Mark Robinson (previous chief aerodynamicist) has moved to Aston Martin Performance Engineering.ralphster7 wrote: ↑10 Apr 2025, 17:33Gioacchino Vino, Chief Aerodynamicist Mercedes -> Aston Martin F1 (Same Position).
yeah looks like a dismissal without having to pay a lot of money for compensation essentially.lio007 wrote: ↑06 May 2025, 17:17The beginning of the end like for Dan Fallows? AMR moves such engineers to other companies (until their contract ends) that they do not count for the cap.ralphster7 wrote: ↑07 May 2025, 00:10yeah looks like a dismissal without having to pay a lot of money for compensation essentially.lio007 wrote: ↑06 May 2025, 17:17The beginning of the end like for Dan Fallows? Interesting move. I wonder where he'll end up.ralphster7 wrote: ↑07 Jun 2025, 19:02Christian Schramm; Director of Advance Projects at McLaren has left as of March.
Obvious Audi or Aston Martin. Audi because they need more men, and we can see it in the last months or Aston where they try to hire every top engineer.lio007 wrote: ↑07 Jun 2025, 23:04Interesting move. More likely just an Intermediate step before joining another team like many others did as well.maygun wrote: ↑09 Jun 2025, 16:52https://www.linkedin.com/in/christian-s ... bdomain=ukmclaren_mircea wrote: ↑09 Jun 2025, 13:49Obvious Audi or Aston Martin. seems he is creating his own startup
Dan fallows must be the richest TD guy to be on either gardening leave/not working in F1. The guy spends more time at home / not working on F1 stuff. As i am sure if he went somewhere else he be slapped with another 1yr gardening leave by Aston.ralphster7 wrote: ↑07 May 2025, 00:10yeah looks like a dismissal without having to pay a lot of money for compensation essentially.lio007 wrote: ↑06 May 2025, 17:17The beginning of the end like for Dan Fallows?
