When's the new suspension expected?f1316 wrote: ↑15 Jun 2025, 21:48They found a way to bungle a promising situation and good pace with Leclerc, not sure what that was about. Perhaps it’s because they’ve decided to run the car low and avoid the plank wear through a slow final stint? Seems like the only explanation but that would also require some better qualifying for it to make any sense.
New suspension can’t come soon enough.
Leclerc had a lot of traffic, 5 or so cars between him and Norris so I don't think we saw the full pace. Not saying it was good pace but...
Silverstone but could be pushed forward/back
damage on hams car and both needing to lift and coast because of brakes overheating, Leclerc was told his was critical
Let's see what Charles says about this.
Original speculation was Silverstone.
oh i know about the damage not talking about him, i mean charles also droped off so quickly on the medium.. car also looked bad to drive, he had some hairy movements..
His pace on Hards was very good.venkyhere wrote: ↑15 Jun 2025, 22:08Hamilton super unlucky with floor damage, that too from a completely random occurrence.
I am not able to figure out where LeClerc lost 'so much time' to the lead pack - whenever I was looking at the lap charts, he was more or less matching the top5 in laptimes. Very confusing.
The last I read it was Silverstone, but who knows. In theory there’s a new floor to come at some point as well - not sure if there’s still (or was ever) a plan to introduce the floor first or, indeed, if it’s possible to bring both/either to Austria - but tbh we don’t really know anything and a lot of the reporting turns out to not be entirely accurate. It does seem clear that new suspension is coming though and that a lot is expected of it.erudite450 wrote: ↑15 Jun 2025, 21:52When's the new suspension expected?f1316 wrote: ↑15 Jun 2025, 21:48They found a way to bungle a promising situation and good pace with Leclerc, not sure what that was about.
