10 seconds? They're gifting Lando the win today, unbelievable, 5 would've been workable but 10 just kills every chance of a win
I think they apply penalties as per the rule in the rulebook which is predetermined, so maybe if we search for an past example of such incident then it should be 10 secs too probably, so it's an fair penalty, but McLaren (Zak) has mentioned they will talk with FIA regarding appealing it.

So now they just ruined the race and gifted the win to the home driver. Great!

What a joke. Just waiting for them to dash out penalties to STR, HUL & GAS now to complete the union jack podium.

Yes, you can take Russel in Canada as an example for the 10 sec penalty.

Amazing strategies from AM and Sauber. Stroll and Hulk in 3rd and 4th!

Stroll will be in the gravel or gone once they switch to dry tires. Gas is already gone. Question is if they can clear Hulk away.
But Hulk podium would be sensation as well, right?

Absolute sh1tshow with all those VSC and SC, it seems race has barely started and already we're only 17 laps from the end

WTF is Stroll doing, holding Hulk for 10 laps and now immediately steps out so Hamilton can go through.

I wonder if we could get these British stewards for the Brazilian GP. They could black flag everyone so Bortoleto can win.
