Is it not better to do SC laps to begin to clear a racing line?

I’ll be seeing the race highlights I guess….

I miss the old days wherein F1 would just race under wet conditions. Today I just pray for dry races…

What a joke. If they let the cars run a few laps the water will be dispersed but no lets red flag it when it’s not raining and wait for it to rain and delay further. Muppets

this is what proper race director would do without any thinking or guessing when 'dry windows' will come.
