Is it still worth transporting the wet rye all around the world, when it’s unusable due to too the lack of visibility from too much spray?

Why not do away with it and increase the allocation of the intermediate, in case of a wet sprint, quaiy and race one weekend

I don’t want to find excuses for FIA but better to start it one hour later than having a 1 hour red flag in the middle of the race.
Why? In the worst case it'll be equal wait, in best case there's no waiting at all if race started when it was supposed to start.

Because 2 hours maximum so if you have 1 hour red flag you only have 1 hour race

let's us all pray for rain to come back later, so we get a race we deserve for once.

yeah, Marko just said it'll get dry quickly as well. He expects a race on slicks.

After today, I won't bother tuning in to wet races again. This new race director needs to go!

If it rains it will be a red flag. The last thing we want is more rain.

not having full wet tires would be considered not safe enough by the shareholders even if they were only racing in the middle east all year.

Running a low downforce setup may come good in the end after all.
