I see people having some fun at USF1's xpense, yeah, but it's just having fun. I almost pissed my pants when they said "Nigel Stepney cleaning service." And if the Brits want to poke fun at Ameriker I say let 'em. We know what resources we've got over here better than they do, but I for one don't need an F1 team run by sum funny-talkin carpet-baggin fer'ner to prove it.

That said, I'll cheer for them to beat the other new teams and I hope they even bag a race win. But I'm doing all my s**t-talking for the Scuderia.

And by the way, American engineers HAVE been hard at work. They just discovered water...ON THE MOON.
Jon, I just realized how close I live to you...lol

Myself being one of the USF1 scepticals, I don't think fun is poked at either Americans or American engineering competence.

It's more poked at Windsor himself, just look at last week's ridicilous SpeedTV video. Call that an office, call that a work-shop?

Careful now Steve, those things might become priceless collector's items in a few years.

Like a Michael Jackson something.

Wonder if that'll pass the FIA side-impact tests?

Too late, you said it now....

Anyway, a lot of my friends have told me they wanna come so you might wanna bring a few extra bills. :P

Well, we're trying to get rooms in the McGill University dorms which they rent out f1 fans for that weekend. We're recently out of college so we're very close to being broke all the time. I blame the liquor for taking our money.

For some reason, I'm not holding my breath for that wager.

McGill, eh? You are aware that Captain Kirk is a graduate from there?
I'll be at de la Montagne, which has a splendid bar and nightclub downstairs, Thursday's.

I'll be cheering for all the new teams to make it to the grid next year, but I wonder how much I can stomach Windsor being the team lead. I almost felt disdain when his mic was keyed on SpeedTV broadcasts. Hopefully he'll tone it down a bit. Cause you know the team financiers won't like him kissings Lewis' ass all year.

I'm sure they already love his voice at the FOTA-meetings, don't you think Ray?

You'd think they'd hire a webmaster. In this day and age, if you don't have a website, you don't exist. I mean really, the kid down the street in the neighborhood can put up something. Their business model included open access, etc. etc.

I reaaly REALLY hope they make it. But... I'm beginning to have my doubts too.
