Well so far he gained 2 positions, one from a DNF and another with the undercut, that's a miracle for Monaco

Merc is in a completely different galaxy. Best lap 1.5 seconds quicker than anyone. Current race pace over a second a lap ahead of anyone.

Wittich just said that you can't serve the penalty when the SC goes through the pits. So Russell actually was unlucky there
