Tech talk: Engine lubrication in F1: Custom formulated or straight from the dealer (off-the-shelf)?

The engine lubrication in F1

Still a question. Is F1 engine lubrication in F1 using motor oil a Custom-Formulated or straight from the dealer (off-the-shelf)?

In IndyCar they prefer "straight from the dealer (off-the-shelf)" method actually.
