The 2028 cars are going to be so disgustingly fast in a straight line. 13% more fuel flow and 2 more years of engine and drag optimization will bring a lot of additional speed.

I really wonder how fast they will be able to go in Mexico with the massive straight, the crazy acceleration from the 350kW MGU-K and the high altitude.

Great point, it could become a big problem. Maybe they can reduce straight line zones to counter it.

Congrats to Lewis, btw. Epic story for the ages. Especially if Ferrari can link an update or two that actually works, we may end up with the Lewis 8th in a Ferrari fairytale.
