Mercedes unreliability is still a factor here; we can win if George and Kimi press each other into destruction.

Ferrari has to bring good engine in ADUO 2. Only then they have slight chance otherwise Mercedes will runaway with Championship.

That's the least of their problems because Mercedes have yet to bring a proper substantial upgrade package. But that's coming in Spa or Hungary.

Mercedes has a good potent engine. From the likes of how both Red Bull and Racing Bull qualifying the Q3 of British GP they have the best ICE (so I think FIA was spot on). Ferrari got played with smaller turbo and then change of regulation in the name of security. FIA also delayed the engine test till June there was some DNF for Mercedes post it so there was something fishy going (just speculating)

The only thing currently hampering is the engine for Ferrari. I am not worried about Mercedes chassis. We can compare it in Hungary

Wow.. where did Leclerc pull that lap from? Been dealing with real-life problems so haven't had the time to be here, but had to come and praise Leclerc's final lap.. that was more like what we know he can do.

And great job from both drivers and the team to be ahead of one Mercedes.

But of course the race is another beast and Silverstone is never predictable. Forza!

Great job once again both outperforming the car by outqualifying a Mercedes rocketship they just need power and they would be locking out the front row.

Only downside is that Kimi now has an easy race with his fellow rocketship owner out of position and while both Ferrari drivers will fight each other and lose a shedload of time doing so.

Can't complain. P2 and P3 were exactly what was possible today. Let's maximize points tomorrow with a double podium and keep Russell behind.

Good step from Charles, much needed, but impressive to outqualify Lewis on what might be his best track. Good job splitting the Mercedes, and hopefully the race pace allows both drivers to give Kimi a scare.

pretty much same story, at turn 16- 17 Charles and Kimi is neck and neck, and then he just takes .1 sec in the last run up the finish line, ferrari always lacking energy in the last corner and run up the finish line..
