Honda's CUSTOMERS greatest complaint the past 25 years was...

Shared interior parts between models...Why would you use a Civic part on a $150-200,000 NSX???!!!

In the 80-90s Honda/Acura was known for an interior above it's class.

China brands all using the same parts is going to bite them in the butt like it did to GM!
China brands selling BEV cheap with luxury interior & high content electronics is CUTTING CORNERS SOMEWHERE and the buyer will get burned!

If you remember, anno, a strange paper about the S3000, with balsa wood structural inserts and 360bhp appeared from nowhere. We still don't know who the source was, but the writeup consisted too many credible details and absolutely Hondaesque crazy solutions...

I totally wouldn't mind a high powered V4 Civic which sounds EXACTLY like early VFRs, with that wonderful cog whine...

Yes, noise isolation WAS always a Honda problem, and the Japanese could simply not understand that constructing a smooth/low noise drivetrain was absolutely not enough, and you need to isolate the cabin, otherwise the car will feel like an insubstantial tin can.

And I positively force every engineer/test driver to sample old Hondas to feel the essence of hondaness, and gain insights to Soichiro-san's imagination.
