I am a little surprised that they don't introduce everything all at once. Unless they do it this way as a measure of the chassis upgrades without more power?
I guess that would provide a definitive answer on what the chassis and aero upgrade is worth, and, cynically, show the real extent of the engine deficit.
Honda was quoted about needing to get enough test cycles in. Bringing the new ICE to the Netherlands allows the ICE to run an extra 3-4 weeks on the test beds, this is what Honda were after.
Add to that Hungry isn't a power track, the extra power doesn't really help you, made it a win win scenario.
Every track is a power track for Aston Martin. With the humongous power deficit they have the upgrade will likely be a substantial one and help everywhere, even in Monaco.
