Very poor job from the engineer to not let Hamilton know Piatri was coming. I´ve seen Hamilton get away with similar thing in Silverstone and the stewards, obviously didn´t take the pole away from him there, but this time around would be way too blatant.

Anyway, Ferrari was not as quick as expected around this track. Either that or the drivers underperformed a bit.

if live timing was correct, it's true. Only Hamilton saved a set of softs, according to that, while LEC used it for a 2nd run in Q2

If Lewis gets a 3 place grid penalty it might work in his favour being on the clean side of the track. Being P2 on dirty side will be awful to get away at the start. F2 dirty side of track they couldn’t get away

P5 is not a good place to start. He might get hit and damaged again and even if he gets a clean start overtaking will be impossible. He essentially is out of contention for the win imo. Charles has a much better chance starting on the front row. We know lando often doesn’t hold the lead after turn 1. Great opportunity for charles to get a second win this season.
