The RBs shouldn't have held anyone up - they weren't racing Max, Lewis, etc., so should have jumped out of the way. Lawson was right to let Lewis through. He should have done likewise with Max. This is an old problem, however, as midfield drivers are battling just as hard as those at the front for points for their team. (One might argue that they really are battling for their teams whilst the guys at the front are really only battling for their own points (being title hopefuls)).

Hadjar did help Max and hindered Lewis which is almost ok as at least Hadjar is Max's team mate, although I'm not a great fan of this type of stuff.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.
