Sorry if I'm beeing pedantic but according to the statistic you linked BMW have 16 and Merc have 14 podiums.

The statistic I dug up is this one: http://www.f1-facts.com/statistics/teams

Which one is correct?

I would say that a German site will probably keep more accurate track of German manufacturers. Anyway I don't want to dispute those things. The statistic I referred to was 1 win for Team BMW and Porsche equally. That is probably indisputable.

Over to you Sebp for deep drilling.

Give us a good one!

Allright, here goes:

There was an innovative design used in testing a couple of decades back that would have allowed for slicks to be run at the rear in wet conditions. Please explain!

Hi all!

First I want to say hello to everybody as I´m new here.

I think the innovation you´re looking fo, is the Williams FW07 six-wheeler.
The wheels on the forward rear axle cleared the road from water so that the wheels on the after rear axle could run in "try" conditions.

Regards, Matthias

Hi matt21,

that's exactly what I had in mind! =D>
But I can't resist a bit of nitpicking. The Williams six-wheeler was called the FW08B.

So, now it's your turn...

That should be Spa 1994. First Barrichello and Jordan pole position.

That should be 1965 as there is a Honda RA272 a Lotus 33 (Clark?) and Graham Hill on the grid. South Africa or USA?
