as we all well remember , last season started with brawn in a class of it's own due to it's long gestation period and double diffuser ; but by mid season the fact that the car had to be bodged together due to a last minute engine change meant that they had been overtaken and were then only the 3rd/4th best car in the second half ;
by this time however button's lead was so big that he was able to concentrate on picking up the minor points and in the end won with a race to spare ...the percentage strategy ...he didn't look impossible to overtake though

but this season young adrian has done it is again , and RB have started where they finished last year ...with a car in a class of it's own ; only ferrari with THEIR long gestation period are anywhere close ; but the difference is that this year the other teams would do well to catch up with RB, with virtually no chance of overtaking them

so imagine the RB had ferrari/McL reliability , the championships would be over by mid season , with nobody able to close the gap thereafter ..somebody might like to calculate how much vettel would be ahead after only 2 races!

although vettel seems a nice guy and a fine driver , self interest rules and I am not displeased with what has happened to him .... sorry seb ; for the 2010 season to have any chance of being a contest it had to happen
