Looks like Lewis will get 30-odd laps to build a gap before he gets a penalty for his three infractions this race. This 'sport' is a joke.

I'm liking this race so far! Silly tyre calls ruining races, so a charge through the field is a must!

3 into 1 doesn't go but 3 out of 1 does.

Schumacher vs The New Guard. Schumacher loses. Vettel shows Lewis how to overtake Schumacher without almost losing a wing

We know what Gascoyne eats during a race:
maybe more rasin in 15mins been fun here on the pit wall

The rain is really messing things up! Especially with cars stacking.

Hamilton had one wheel over that blue band all the way out of the pit lane. I'm surprised he's not had a penalty.

There's nothing wrong with his move on Vettel into the pits because that was still on the track. The pit lane starts at the speed limit line.

That's complete bullshit. Complete bullshit. What about his two other infractions? He entered pit lane, what has been deemed illegal in the past by Alonso in Valencia, and he doesn't get a penalty for it. And he did it twice to boot. This race and it's officials are a joke. Alonso got his due penalty in a timely fashion and Lewis breaks the same rule twice and illegally travels down pit lane and it's not dealt with immediately. Complete bullshit.

The racing is great and the changing conditions are making for some great action, but this crap about inconsistent penalties ruins races. It reeks of bias, cheating, preferential treatment, and all around idiocy. Formula 1 is nothing but a soap opera on wheels with predetermined outcomes. And people this nascar is a joke.

Nope. Check Zgred's photo at the beginning of the previous page. He went off the track with all 4 wheels. And lol @ Alonso doing the same thing with Massa.

Alonso hip checking Massa in the pit entry.

seems to happen to alot of drivers lately. There's zero consistency among the stewards.

Is it just me or does the Safety car look...crazy?

@zgred your pictures are extremely helpful, especially in establishing the facts. Thanks :D

Exactly! That's my beef. Rules should be enforced the same way every time when the situation is the same, no matter who the driver is and what time in the race it happened. And any penalty that is levied needs to be given DURING the race and not afterwards.

Lewis "smashed" Mark Webber off the road. According to Mark Webber and Red Bull.

Loving the mayhem atm. Lots of cars trying to overtake everyone. Around the outside!

I think Lewis is pissed-off 'cos he's steaming up the track

Clarification time:
Vettel squeezed Hamilton over the blue line.
Vettel aided the push of Hamilton against Webber.

I'm seeing a duel between the two.

Well they're certainly not doing a good enough job. There's so much BS going on though, no doubt about that.

Why the hell is Sutil so twitchy?!

All right. I'm already rolling on the floor laughing. Afaik, you can't overtake before the s/f line after the sc period. Not even talking about forcing Webber off track. And that's a steaming thing called bullshit.
