F1 survey for Technical Writing class

Post

Hi there F1 aficionados;

I am currently conducting an F1 survey as part of a Technical Writing class, which I am taking as one my University modules.

I would like to enlist you all as my sample group, as I believe that this is the best source for gathering informed opinions on the topic. I will be writing a report and making a presentation based on my analysis of the data that I am gathering, which I will post at a later date if any of you are interested.

Although I have made a sockpuppet account for the purpose of making this post, I am a long-standing member who wishes to remain anonymous to prevent any potential bias in my results. Please kind and generous mods, don't give my identity away ;)

You can find my Survey form here : http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1060920/F1_survey.doc

Please email completed forms to technobunny@gmail.com with the message title "F1 Survey"

Many thanks in advance!

There's no way I'm going to dl a word doc. Why not use Google Docs spreadsheet with a form? You can do really nice surveys with that I won't have to dl some doc and figure out to upload email it to you. MS docs aren't very safe ..

Fair point, though I will tell you now that it was created in openoffice ;)

Bear with me a second ...

**EDIT**

Sorry, no, can't do that : the module lecturer is an ancient, decrepit luddite, who is insisting that each individual survey form be recorded individually as part of the portfolio.

This means that I need to actually print out hard copies of each individual survey form.

Sorry Breezy :(

I don't tend to do surveys, since I can never make up my mind about my own opinion, but if you want more people to be more likely to fill it in, you might want to set something easier up. Survey Monkey has worked well for others in the past:

BTW: I downloaded the word document and it is, in my professional opinion, safe for others to do so.

OP, you do know that the name of this site is 'F1Technical' right?

The title is misleading, IMO. I'll change it to a more appropriate version, like 'F1 survey for Technical Writing class'.
