Welcome everyone.

Andrew and Hannah, how about if you two use PM's for this little conversation?

Thanks in advance.

I looked at your site Paul, nice work, interesting style.

Your Hammy Button duality piece in your avatar is truly good work.

Cheer Giblet! I am pleased with that one I have to say.... attempting to get it signed by both of them also, and if I can, will auction for charity. We'll see.
Just trying to figure where else I can use the same logic!

Might I be pretentious enough to suggest one of Bruno and Ayrton Senna?

Could do - problem is there isnt enough difference between them maybe? Could just look like a poor portrait of Ayrton
Was thinking of a terminator style effort with Jenson and his helmet blended together..... but didnt want it to remind anyone of those pics of Massa last year..... #-o

Hi,
I'm Ashley. I'm from Mauritius island. I'm an F1 fan since Schumacher glorious days at Ferrari but had little interest in F1 when he left the sport. Then came Hamilton who made me love the sport again. Since 2007 i'm a mclaren fan just like my father, who was a great fan of Aryton Senna.
I just love all the technical stuff found on this website

Hi,

Jaco from South Africa here. I've been watching F1 for the better part of 17 years. Die-hard McLaren supporter, don't care who drives for them as long as they win. :D

Fanboyism aside, I love the sport and everything about it (except of course the political in-fighting that pops up ever so often.. )

I must also add that this site seems to attract some of the more knowledgeable F1 fans. I'm looking forward to some interesting discussions!

Regards.

Hi Jaco from the UK!
I'm a die-hard Mclaren fan also...... agree completely with your perspective..... there's a couple on here I've already figured to ignore, but on the whole, very informative and friendly!

That'll do! I do have to admit it was mainly Lewis that made me focus on Mclaren..... now with both Brits in the same team, makes it a no-brainer! Felt a bit of a charlatan running round Silverstone last year with union flag, Brawn T-shirt and Lewis cap - now all united!

Re: Introduce yourself here

Hello every1 !

Looks like I missed this little part here (introduction  )

I'm a road racing fan from Istanbul/Turkey. MotoGP, World Superbikes, cycling and stuff - but mainly F1. Been watching live broadcasts since the final 2 races of the '96 season and before that as a small kid had the chance to get a glimpse of Senna's battles in the early 90's on short version TV re-runs. I was completely cut off between '93-'96. The first memories I can recall about racing are watching a (umm probably a 500 / 250cc wch race) and sayind "dude ! I wanna be that when I grow up !", watching Senna win the Monaco GP (though can't tell which year, probably 91 or 92, might be '90 too), Wayne Rainey (sadly) breaking his back and of course (again sadly) hearing Senna's death at the evening news, the day after.

So, that's pretty much it. Oh and I'm an avid supporter of Lewis Hamilton (call it a fanboy if you will, don't really care tbh). Started following him in '06 Gp2 and was glad that I did. I'm also a BIG fan of Kenan Sofuoglu who won the WSS championship in '07.
