Bit of a silly one this, but...
Watching practice earlier, there were plenty of shots around the Lotus garage & it really does look like the ambulance has turned up and are trying to revive the car!
Rather than Green/Gold, they'd look the part much more in:
Black/Gold
or
White/Green
If anyone knows who does branding for the team!
