F1 team livery and color schemes

I think the ones pictured are 1982, but it's probably the same livery. Mercifully, the Alfas were usually a little further down the field.

I don't know if it's just me, but are the cars also designed (in terms of aero) to suit a livery? For example, I can't imagine the RB6 in McLaren livery. Or the Merc in Ferrari livery etc etc. Or it could just be me. LOL

How about the new 09-10 cars though? I can imagine the old cars in other liveries as they're quite similar looking, but the new cars, I can't quite imagine.

Note: these are made by complete amateurs. F1 designers would do much better in wrapping the livery around new designs. Even I'd do better if I could be bothered. Although they often make silly decisions too (see F10 front wing white pillars/red nose awkwardness).
