I dont see "all kinds of costly changes" in it. Fitting an engine+gearbox and rear susp in a F1 monocoque with all its systems and front suspension already in place shouldnt take more than 1 hour.

You dont need a third team of mechanics. Just to have an assembled T-car in a bigger box than that of the chasis box.
