These things happen, it could be overuse, design error anything. But to say hamilton is the fastest driver since clark, I have to ask....Senna? Hakkinen? Schumacher? Alonso?lebesset wrote:well , actually I am a button fan , before that prost , before that jimmy clark
I like that style of driver ; would probably have been a fangio fan had I been about in those days
but I face the fact that hamilton is the fastest driver I have since clark , and although he isn't yet the complete article I think he may well be in the future
the point is , his team know exactly how he drives , on this occasion they knew almost exactly where he would be in the field , and yet the brakes were not up to the job
why ?
That is good, that shows he's driving in anger. Hamilton drives better in a blind raging fury. No other driver can drive in a rage like that and be so precise at the same time. That is another unique trait with Hamilton BTW, when the team says 3 tenths in sector 2, they get 4 tenths, and he can keep doing this for the entire 2 hours.JohnsonsEvilTwin wrote:And Hamilton took out his frustrations by shaking his fists furiously at Super Aguri's Takuma Sato, and then Team India's Giancarlo Fisichella, when he finally overtook the duo having returned to the track back in 16th spot.

Maybe internetf1fan is right and the team is not ruthless enough! They must demand 3 seconds!n smikle wrote:That is good, that shows he's driving in anger. Ask JB if McLaren stepped up to the mark at Monaco.JohnsonsEvilTwin wrote:Are you insinuating McLaren arent up to the task?lebesset wrote:yep , high brake wear , which is why the teams are careful to fit large enough brake ducts
hello team , you did fit large enough brake ducts , didn't you ?
As they did ask Lewis to keep the brakes cool.
What an absolute gem of fanboyism...

All could easily live with Hamilton, and Alonso was hardly embaressed by Lewis was he? Equal points the same amount of victories and more pole positions!
Oh really? So are the facts "deluded obsession"?Remote_Access wrote:I think you've crossed the line into deluded obsession now.
