i´ve seen that every time when engineering cars ,the psyche is a most important part of it .but not only drivers ,mechs are not totally immune to this...
I´ve seen setups turn from awful to superb within minutes without even touching the car ..unfortunatelly it works easier the other way round..when someone drives quicker than your hero..
