they could have done this:

Yep, It could be from as far as brazil 2007, when they put his gearbox in neutral remotely.
I always think there is something fishy about that incident. The FIA prevented the championship from falling into the hands of a rookie. 8)
I don't like conspiracy theories. But at the end of 2007, I was stunned. Especially after I saw an interview with Max Mosley at the beginning of the last race. People asked him if it wouldn't be unfair to Kimi if Lewis or Fernando would win the championship with an illegal car. He said that that would indeed be unfair and was almost unexplainable on a sport level. Then in the race the strange incident with the gearbox happened to Lewis. He fell down exactly enough places to become second. It got even stranger when in the end, Lewis and Ron gave both a different explanation about the incident to later come up with the same explanation. And I believe two other cars in front of Hamilton (a BMW and/or Williams, if I recall correct) were found too light, and should have been disqualified. But suddently they weren't and McLaren nor Lewis or Fernando complained.

I hated myself for thinking this but I couldn't help thinking that Dennis, Hamilton, Alonso and Mosley had some sort of agreement that Hamilton and Alonso could keep their points, if they came in 2nd. I hope I'm just being silly here!

Ron Dennis was still active in McLaren at the time and didn't like anything bad said about his boy. All they needed was and excuse to get rid of the guy so they pinned their driver lying on this poor guy! I could write for Columbo with plots like this!!
Hamilton lied because he was instructed to do so by Ryan, the reason why they were caught is because before they were called into the stewards room Lewis told the truth during his interviews with the press. Ryan ws rightfully canned and he was not a mechanic... please get your story straight, even just for your trolling purposes.

But you are the guy who claims MS has never cheated right?

This story probably has as much substance as those astrology reports in the papers.

Oh, and there are more black people in F1 than Hamilton.

I'm certainly not trolling but you're the expert on that front. An engineer made a driver lie? Right, good one! Last I checked Hamilton was a human being and as such can make his own decisions so I don't buy McLaren's PR or whatever it is about Dave Ryan. I thought there was something fishy about it then.

As for Schumacher cheating, I don't really see how that is relevant to the thread and I honestly cannot think of one occasion where he did. Now his team, that's another story but the driver himself? Nah.

Correct! Hamilton is not the first coloured driver as many claim. The first would probably have been B Bira back in the 50s. And Hamilton ain't the first coloured champion. I would say that Emerson Fittipaldi was.

This could have easily been about the Jordan driver Narain K....... (I won't insult him by attempting to spell his last name). Or a mechanic, engineer, computer tech. Hell, it could have even been about the tea lady in the catering facilities that brewed-up a crap cup of tea!

Fitipaldi, really? If fitipaldi is coloured, Senna could pass as coloured as well.

Well if we take it that Brazilians have a little of every thing mixed in. But in terms of appearance he can pass as white i would say.

Coloured is different than black. Historical black first in anything makes more waves, than say somebody like Senna or Fitipaldi who could pass as latin; though they are mixed somewhere down the line.
For Sure!!

Funnily enough, I am viewing this thread on an ancient G3 PPC based Mac Powerbook running Ubuntu Linux (yes, I know, don't ask) and that was the first time that I have EVER been able to view a youtube video on this machine (due to a community developed implementation of open source flash plugins).

Everyone is colored, so people would do well to mind their words before some people start taking some serious offense and making complaints. Some of these posters need to learn to grow up, and think about what they are typing, instead of playing childish games of trying to better each other on an internet forum.
Yer.

If you are running OSX 10.6.4 and Safari 5 you need to re upgrade your adobe flash software. 10.6.4 for some unknown reason downgrades it and you loose the flash capability.

Nope, race is very relevant. All of us on the inside like people or things that make us feel comfortable. Foreign people and things can definitely diminish that feeling. I don't support racists, but I have been to a racist website or two just for fun to see the reaction to Obama's election and I have learned that some racists hate for certain reasons and others hate for any reason. One thing you can say of them is that they are somewhat ignorant but from what I gather their extreme hatred stems from a natural response to self preservation.

I think regular people might at first get a little uncomfortable in a foreign atmosphere or foreign people but I feel for racists (or people with a tinge of racism), they get extreme discomfort. They simply don't like their perceived qualities of that foreign person/people.

Are you accusing me of inciting racial hatred? This is a criminal offence and I take such slurs rather seriously

I would prefer you to retract this unless you can substantiate it as I wholly reject such an accusation
