Joakim Bonnier for Ecurie Bonnier using a McLaren M7C.
Ulf Norinder in an M18 with a Chevrolet engine in the BRDC International Trophy held at Silverstone.

He looks like a bad guy from a 70s Gene Hackman flick, So he is probably German or Scandanavian?

He looks indeed like a 70s movie heavy with an interesting hairdo, but a wild guess would be one of those French F1 engineers?

He looks more like Harry H Corbet of Steptoe and Son fame.

And just to add a little mayhem, may I say that the first time I saw him race he was in a red 156 Sharknose owned by Ferrari and entered by UDT Laystall!

Who was the first Colombian driver to be in the official entry list in an F1 event, although going down officially as "Did not practice" because the super-licence was refused? Bonus points for year and event.
