Does the engine of the formula one have electric motor?

All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

If it does, what kind of electric motor?

Do you mean in a hybrid configuration? No they don't.

The only thing that drives the wheels is a spark ignition 2.4 litre V8.

or maybe you're talking about an electric starting engine, no a formula one car (most formula cars) comes without starting engine and has to be started with an external starter.

im thinking if there should be an electric engine somewhere, but all other stuff are pneumatic (like the flap over the fuel intake, its pneumatic)

What a great pic.

Well the reason the McClaren fule tank opens in that fashion is because the horns will interfere with the traditional flip up fuel door

FIA regulation 10.4.2 states "Power assisted steering systems may not be electronically controlled or electrically powered."
So that rules out an electric motor in the power steering assembly.

and that i think it`s interesant

"he new V8 has to be heavier than its predecessor, even though the 2005 engine had two extra cylinders. This season's powerplants must tip the scales at no less than 95 kilograms. This should include the intake system up to and including the air filter, fuel rail and injectors, ignition coils, sensors and wiring, alternator, coolant pumps and oil pumps. It does not include liquids, exhaust manifolds, heat protection shields, oil tanks, accumulators, heat exchangers and the hydraulic pump." Mario Theissen

From the same source:
"The power supply to the engine electrics and electronics is limited to a maximum 17 volts and the fuel pump now has to be mechanically operated. Only an actuator may now be used to activate the throttle valve system. With the exception of the electric auxiliary pumps in the petrol tank, all sub-components must now be driven mechanically and directly via the engine."

That throttle actuator is an electric motor and the pumps are driven by electric motors.
