Well 'tis simple indeed for an Olde Farte.

Moss and Brooks immediately after Moss had crossed the line first in the Vanwall VW4 in which Brooks had started the race. Oh and yes, British Grand Prix 1957. First British car to win a championship Grand Prix in the modern era.

(BTW, the road grime makes Webber's designer stubble look decidedly wimpy dunnit!)

Oh bugga! I'm at work and away from my fiendish books. Home in a couple of hours... time to ponder something truly devilish and unwikiable. \:D/

In the meantime, a fun question... what does Mark Webber use to shave with? One of these...

Not really, wasn't there a story at one time that Niki and some friends returned to 'the place' around a year later to have a barbeque. As I recall it, some passers by asked what the occasion was and Niki called back (I can almost hear his voice): "WIR SIND HIER DAS OHR ZU FINDEN."

Snake meets rabbit. Snake goes; furry animal with long ears, you must be the rabbit? Rabbit goes; funny skin with no ears, you must be Niki Lauda?

Clue time methinks. I won't keep the agony going for long for for now...

This gentleman was somewhat reluctant in the job he held for some six years. A sensitive man, he was really affected by a number of tragedies on his watch. In the end, he walked out....
