It is the 1962 ENB-Maserati, one of the sorrier efforts to take to a racing track. Equipe Nationale Belge took a couple of Emeryon chassis from the previous season and cobbled together a car using a Maserati engine. I believe it only appeared in three races before then doing a few hillclimbs.
The picture shows poor Lucien Bianchi carrying it round the Nürburgring during the 1962 German Grand Prix meeting. It qualified slowest, two minutes off the pole time and finished last, miraculously lapped only once by winner Graham Hill
