I'd be xtremely surprised to see MS on the grid next year, he might just test the W02 and decide his "neck" had enough.

Definitely not a schumi-fan here. But i still believe he will be racing for Mercedes next season too. And i also expect him to improve much for next season.

Look at Benetton and especially Ferrari when he joined. Lesser drivers would have surely have run crying when they saw the 1996 fire truck (Irvine didn't but he's just a greedy wee gobsh*te that was getting wayhayay too much money). Acheiving all the records and success Schumacher has is not a sign of someone who gives up easily. The only way that Schumacher won't be racing next year is if Merc fire him or for some other legitimate reason.

1992 Benetton, 13 podiums and a win, 3rd in WCC, 3rd in WDC.
1996 Ferrari, 9 podiums, 3 wins, 2nd in WCC, 3rd in WDC, and you call it a fire truck.

You want us to believe that those cars would have sent "lesser drivers" packing? High standards back then, I guess.

Exactly how far will Schumacher fans twist reality in order to turn him into a full-time superhero? Why is it never enough for him just to be a good driver?

Surely it is the haters that twist reality. It is a fact that Ferrari in the mid 90s were a shambles. Gonna love watching all the haters munching on thier words next year when Schamacher is still on teh grid as a driver.

They were 2nd in the championship. How can you accuse others of twisting reality when you describe any team below 1st as "a shambles", and describe people who call Schumacher a good driver as "haters"?

If Michael can stand the pain ,I´m at ease to take the bashing as well. :-)
without a doubt I was wrong thinking Schu would get the better of rosberg in this season already.Cudos to Rosberg and all who predicted this.

It would be interesting to see some stats over the year.

I mean Schumacher seems right up there these last few races.

My prediction is once the lines meet Schumacher will start to be faster and the gap keep increasing until an average of about 3 tenths.
