There are certainly a few tracks I think F1 could do without, but on the other hand I find it a bit sad and a huge waste of resources if tracks are dropped off completely, especially new ones. A good solution might be rotating some of these tracks on the calendar rather than dropping them off. Hockenheim and Nurburgring, Valencia and Catalunya, China and Korea, Australia and Singapore and so on.. Hungaroring should go though and A1 ring return. Historic tracks like Monza, Silverstone, Monaco, Suzuka and Spa should definitely stay. I like the idea about varying race lengths according to the nature of the track.
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. H.P.Lovecraft

It is sad that the three greatest circuits on the calendar Spa, Istanbul Park and Suzuka are currently under threat to be dropped. #-o

Something must change! [-o<
Formula One's fundamental ethos is about success coming to those with the most ingenious engineering and best .............................. organization, not to those with the biggest budget. (Dave Richards)

Yes, you are absolutely right. Even Turkey has spectator problem that doesn't change Istanbul circuit is already kinda legendary like those two. When there are circuits boring as hell like hungaroring or valencia even catalunya. it would be shame to leave Istanbul circuit abondoned.
