I think I have earned the right to come up with the next question:

Who was introducing the method of monocoque construction currently in use in F1 ?
Name of the guy and constructor please also the amount of points scored by this famous car.

Right, and helluva lotta good thàt number did to her?

As for the monocoque, conventional wisdom says Colin Chapman (Maurice Philippe actually) with the Lotus 49 mated to Keith Duckworth's V8, but I'm certain it was done before, WB is usually good with these things?

Ah yes, the reputed German sense of humour and accuracy. Maybe we could do with that in the UK!

In answer to your question, is it the McLaren MP4/1 designed by John Barnard?

The car earned McLaren 34 points in '83.

we are getting closer but Barnards design used a very special build technology that was abandonned later on . Sorry no ,even if I admire Barnard for his innovations.

matt ,I´m trying to research if you are right but according to my best of knowledge you are not.I´ll come up with a proper answer a bit later..
update:I found a lot of pictures showing the RE40 in great detail on gurneyflap
these show the chassis well enough to be sure it was constructed in the same or similar ways as the Mclaren .So the answer is pending still!

Lotus 92. Scored 1 point and was designed by Colin Chapman and Martin Ogilvie. It had a carbon fibre and kevlar monocoque.

nope.
As we have now almost all carbonfibre cars of the early 80s covered I ´d think its time to give a hint:
It scored 0 points and even next years chassis did not score a point although that was not due to its raceresults...
